Outdoor Sound Art Workshop in Cruickshank Botanical Gardens with Professor Pete Stollery.
Join Professor of Electro-Acoustic Music, Pete Stollery, in Cruickshank Botanical Gardens/Seaton Park for an outdoor workshop in soundscape listening, recording and editing sounds for a virtual sound map. Covid 19 restrictions will be observed. Bring a phone, i-pad or other portable recording device or let us know if you need to borrow one of these.
Meet at 15.00 BST at Old Town House, Old Aberdeen
This event has limited numbers (and a waitlist). Please sign up only if you fully intend to show up, and let us know if you have to cancel so we can offer your place to someone else. Please also let us know via the form whether you have any additional needs.
There will be an optional follow-up online editing component to this workshop to be arranged with Professor Stollery via doodlepoll on the day.
This event will take place in the Cruickshank Botanical Gardens, Old Aberdeen, in person with all Covid-19 safety measures in place. Please let us know if you have registered but cannot attend as soon as possible.
