Graeme Armstrong is a Times bestselling author from Airdrie. His teenage years were spent within Scotland’s ‘young team’ gang culture. He defied expectations to read English as an undergraduate at the University of Stirling, where he then undertook a Master's in Creative Writing. His debut novel, The Young Team, based upon his experiences, was published by Picador in 2020, and is currently being adapted for television.
Since their first publication in 1994 Ely Percy has released a memoir, Cracked: Recovering After Traumatic Brain Injury (JKP, 2002), graduated with distinction from Glasgow University’s MPhil in Creative Writing (2004) and contributed over fifty short stories to literary journals. Percy has now published two novels, Vicky Romeo Plus Joolz (2019) and Duck Feet (2021).
