In this workshop you'll get to have some fun working with newspaper articles and books, arranging words and phrases to create your own found poem. A perfect intro into writing poetry – no experience needed!

ABOUT THE EVENT

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at poetry but struggled to find the words? A found poem could be just what you're looking for! Found poems are usually poems that are created by reorganising words and phrases found in other types of literature. In this workshop you'll get to have some fun working with newspaper articles and books, arranging words and phrases to create your own found poem. A perfect intro into writing poetry if this is something you think you'd like to do but have no idea where to start!
